As a Super Administrator, you can:

  • Create other Super Administrators, Administrators, and Team Members
  • Send, receive, and track referrals for all locations¬†
  • Add, edit, and delete additional locations
  • Manage users for all locations
  • Manage notifications for all location

Super Administrators are typically:

  • Practices Owners
  • Practice Managers
  • Department Directors

Note: The person who creates your account is a Super Administrator


Administrators

As an Administrator, you can:

  • Create other Administrators and Team Members
  • Send, receive, and track referrals for your location
  • Edit facility details of your location
  • Manage users for your location
  • Manage notifications for your location

Administrators are typically:

  • Practice Managers
  • Department Directors


Team Members

As an Team Member, you can:

  • Send, receive, and track referrals for your location¬†
  • Manage notifications for yourself

Team Members are typically:

  • Employees
  • Unit Clerks
  • Care Coordinators
